its here!

i finally have made and submitted a game jam game on time! i had fun making this and even though i would like to work on it a bit longer i just cant. i have things to do tomorrow and places to be BUT the game works fine enough. i will be coming back to this to try and fix any issues you guys find!

i had 2 choices in my head on what to do, make a "terrible doom/wolf3d clone" or make a tank game. ended up settling on the tank game and man i think that was the best choice! i had a blast ;) making this game even if its 3 short levels. the tanks and the graphics are all hand drawn and the cannon was actually 3D modeled and turned into a sprite! i also made cutscene scripts for the first time along with voiced cutscenes! they worked out better than i expected too! i might return to this game and expand upon it at some point in the future, after all this is only a small piece of the Rebel forces.
